DaBaby started off his music career in 2015 releasing his debut mixtape Nonfiction. DaBaby followed this release with his God's Work mixtape series, Baby Talk mixtape series, Billion Dollar Baby, and Back on My Baby Jesus Sh*t. DaBaby broke into the industry after signing to Arnold Taylor, the president of the South Coast Music Group label. With the guidance of Taylor, DaBaby landed a recording deal with Interscope. In January 2019 DaBaby began his own label “Billion Dollar Baby Entertainment”.
